the list of most important things in life for me are: 1. truffles 2. family 3. nin. in that order. just like gaming, music has always been an intergral part of my life (how cliche!!!!) but ESPECIALLY NIN!!!! mostly my dad (nin wasn't his fav band by any means tho), but other family members listened to 'em as well so i grew up hearing it all the time. nin is basically family to me at this point, lol.

when the year zero arg started and all those nifty sites came out, i had made my myspace background one of the black/glitchy bgs. a friend of mine (who DID NOT listen to nin) copied it from me and i immediately deleted her lol... would i do that in this day and age? hmmm... i'd consider it, but no. :) the kewl kidz would call that "gatekeeping" nowadays, but that's just how obsessed i am! ok!!and don't even get me started on when midnight club had hand that feeds. i might've had a tantrum

bideo game.. how i love you.. my life heavily, ETERNALLY, revolves around games. my parents were both into gaming way before i was even thought of, and i'm really thankful they didn't give that up just because they had kids!!

the first game i remember playing is wolfenstein 3d, however i used to sit and play romance of the three kingdoms with my dad when i was barely a year old! my addiction only grew stronger with each passing day..

something that i'll never forget is the magical feeling of going into eb games, babbages, circuit city, best buy, gamestop, blockbuster, and toys r us and they just had such a special atmosphere that made you feel like you were at disney world.

the cover art especially is permanently burned into my brain. i can vividly remember seeing all those glorious pc game boxes on the shelves, in all their big beautiful glory.

sometimes i wish i could record my memories and turn it into a vhs tape for everyone to experience, because that is something EVERYONE should get to see.
